CAZAN DE SOL PREXTHERM T3G N AS

Este un generator de apa supraincalzita cu trei drumuri de fum cu structura monobloc, ce foloseste combustibil lichid sau gaz, cu focar presurizat.
Conceptia moderna, folosirea celor mai avansate si fiabile solutii precum si fabricarea atenta, asigura acestui generator urmatoarele caracteristici exceptionale:
– randament termic ridicat
– fiabilitate excelenta si durata de exploatare ridicata
– supradimensionare ampla.

CAZAN DE SOL PREX N AS

Fabricate complet din otel, generatoarele de apa supraincalzita din seria PREX N ASL/ASH cu intoarcerea flacarii au focarul presurizat si sunt prevazute cu placi de capat racite.
Pot functiona cu combustibili lichizi sau gazosi si sunt disponobile doua variante:

• PREX N ASL
– presiune de proiect 4,9 bar
– temperatura maxima 145ºC
• PREX N ASH
– presiune de proiect 12 sau 14,9 bar
– temperatura maxima 191/200ºC

Putere termica utila: 160 – 3500 KW

Având o conceptie moderna si o eficienta ridicata aceste generatoare au fost proiectate si realizate in conformitate cu Directiva Europeana 97/23 (PED), precum si cu cele mai recente standarde europene cu privire la recipientele sub presiune.

CAZAN DE SOL PREXTHERM T3G N

Cazan de apa calda, monobloc, ignitubular, orizontal, cu 3 drumuri de gaze de ardere distincte (primul drum in focar, al doilea si al treilea prin tevile de gaze de ardere) proiectat pentru arderea in focare presurizate a combustibililor lichizi sau gazosi.
Gazele de ardere, produse in focar, traverseaza camera in combustie dupa care in camera de intoarcere posterioara patrund prin tevile de fum ale drumului 2 de gaze de ardere.
In camera de intoarcere anterioara gazele de ardere isi schimba din nou directie si patrund in tevile de fum ale drumului 3 de gaze de ardere spre camera colectoare de fum de unde sunt trimise catre cosul de fum.

– randamente ridicate (peste 92%) si emisii de noxe deosebit de reduse (datorita timpului redus de stationare a gazelor de ardere in zona focarului,  zona de temperaturi inalte).
– cazanul se livreaza montat pe o structura metalica si este de tip monobloc cu toate accesoriile si automatizarile necesare functionarii incluse (corpul cazanului, izolatia, armaturile, instalatia de ardere, panoul de comanda si automatizare, scara cu pasarela de manevra, ce usureaza montajul si accesul la aparatura de control amplasate deasupra cazanului).

CAZAN DE SOL PREXTHERM T 3G F

CAZAN DE SOL TP 3LN

TP 3LN sunt cazane din otel pentru apa calda cu randament ridicat si emisii reduse de noxe. Acestea sunt cazane ignitubulare, cu ardere in focar presurizat cu 3 drumuri de gaze arse distincte. Flacara se dezvolta in focarul amplu dimensionat si complet racit (incarcari termice reduse), se intoarce prin drumul 2 de gaze arse (o singura teava optim dimensionata) spre camera de fum anterioara de unde intra apoi prin tevile de fum (drumul 3 de gaze arse) care sunt echipate cu turbionatori pentru a creste schimbul de caldura prin convectie.

In camera de fum posterioara gazele de ardere sunt colectate si apoi trimise catre cosul de fum.

Horizontal steel hot water generator for pressurised combustion with three flue gas passes and three-star certified energy efficiency in accordance with directive 92/42/EEC.
Ready for operation in combination with a jet burner on liquid or gas fuel. The arrangement and generous sizing of the combustion chamber guarantee a low heating load and the possibility to be combined with burners featuring technology for the combustion with low polluting emissions.
Range consisting of 20 models with rated outputs from 92 to 3200 kW.

• Boiler body lined on the outside with carbon steel plate protection painted with epoxy powder coat, and consisting of: pipe for the second flue pass with intake from the bottom of the furnace, sized to optimise combustion parameters; tube bundle for the third flue gas pass located at the top and hotter part of the hot water generator, so as to prevent condensate forming and fitted with steel turbulators to increase convective heat exchange.
• Energy efficiency exceeding 95%.
• Maximum operating pressure 6 bars, (÷10 bars on request)
• Maximum design temperature 100°C.
• Floating combustion chamber with cooled end plate, volumetric heating load less than 1.1 MW/m3 to ensure atmospheric nitrogen oxide emissions less than 80 mg kW/h, in combination with suitable burners.
• Threaded fittings up to 240 kW outputs and flanged fittings complete with counterflanges for larger sizes.
• Front door with reversible opening from both sides and innovative closing system with micrometric adjustment on the boiler body. Heat insulation using with material with excellent insulting properties and reduced thermal inertia, protected by refractory material on the furnace side and on the flue gas pass side.
• Heat insulation extended to all parts of the boiler using an 80 mm thick layer of mineral wool on all the plating.

• Outside probe. For boiler temperature compensation operation, to be connected to the THERMO EBM control panel.
• Cascade/outlet/storage cylinder probe. Connected to the THERMO EBM control panel based on requirements.
• Industrial control panel. For special needs regarding precision control or installation in safe environments.

CAZAN DE SOL PREXTHERM RSW – SERIA QUADRA

PREXTHERM RSW sunt cazane din otel ignitubulare cu flacara intoarsa in focar, presurizate si pot fi echipate cu arzator cu aer insuflat (gaz, motorina, CLU)

Flacara se dezvolta in focarul amplu dimensionat (incarcari termice mici), se reintoarce prin focar in camera de fum anterioara, de unde intra apoi prin tevile de fum, unde printr-o turbionare riguros calculata se obtin randamente deosebit de ridicate.
Cazanele se livreaza montate pe o structura metalica si sunt de tip monobloc.
Sunt executate in 2 serii constructive:

  • QUADRA: 92 – 1890 KW – 18 cazane
  • TONDA: 2360 – 6000 KW – 7 cazane

•Steel hot water generator with pressurised combustion,ready for operation in combination with a jet burner on liquid or gas fuel. Completely cooled combustion chamber, sized to ensure low heating loads. Furnace with flame reversal and low heating load.
Range consisting of 18 models with rated outputs from 92 to 1,890 kW.
• Boiler body made entirely from steel, completely lined with an 80 mm layer of high density glass wool, in turn covered by a strong layer of tearproof material.
• Maximum operating pressure 6 bars, higher pressures upon request.
• Pressurised combustion chamber, completely cooled and protected by a system ensuring uniform division of the cold system return water, to avoid dangerous temperature differences.
•The burner is not aligned with the combustion chamber but rather has been moved downwards. This assists flame reversal, reduces the flue gas pressure drop and consequently extends the hot water generator’s range of application.
Tube bundle placed above the furnace so as to guarantee the flue gas passes through a hot section of the hot water generator and consequently reduce the possibility of condensate forming.
• Turbulators featuring a new design able to increase heat exchange, without affecting pressure drop in the boiler.
• Front door with reversible opening(right and left) and innovative closing system with micrometric adjustment on the hot water generator front plate. Up to model 940 the door is insulated with double lining, made up of one layer of fibre and one layer of Carbowool, while higher output models use a double layer of refractory concrete and insulation.
• Threaded central heating flow outlet and return inlet connections up to model 399 and flanged PN10 for the remaining models.
• Supplied in 3 parts: steel body, casing and satellite controls (satellite to be ordered separately).

Generator termic pentru incalzire, cu randament ridicat (peste 90%), ce poate fi echipat cu arzator cu aer insuflat pentru combustibil lichid (motorinã), gazos (gaze naturale sau GPL) sau mixte, avand camera de ardere imersata si trei drumuri de gaze arse.
Corpul cazanului este realizat din elemente turnate in fonta, asamblate cu nipluri biconice si tiranti din otel, verificate la presiune individual si apoi în bloc.
Calitatea fontei utilizate corespunde celor mai severe standarde europene.
Traseul special al gazelor arse si suprafata de schimb termic ridicata asigurã, pe de o parte, performante termice ridicate si pe de alta, silentiozitate în functionare.
Putere termica utila: 120-650 KW

CAZAN DE SOL GN 2N

Generator termic pentru incalzire, cu randament ridicat (peste 90%), ce poate fi echipat cu arzator cu aer insuflat pentru combustibil lichid (motorina), gazos (gaze naturale sau GPL) sau mixte, avand camera de ardere imersata.

Corpul cazanului este realizat din elemente turnate in fonta, asamblate cu nipluri biconice si tiranti din otel, verificate la presiune individual si apoi în bloc.
Calitatea fontei utilizate corespunde celor mai severe standarde europene.
Traseul special al gazelor arse si suprafata de schimb termic ridicata asigurã, pe de o parte, performante termice ridicate si pe de alta, silentiozitate în functionare.

Putere termica utila: 87-252 KW
